About Mindful Performance

A faith-based personal training and group exercise practice for women in Barbados, young and old, in every season of life.

Why We Exist

We exist to help women discover their true strength, confidence and identity through Christ.

Mindful Performance Training exists to help women in Barbados, and one day across the world, discover their true strength, confidence and identity through Christ. Fitness is the tool we walk with every day. Christ is our reason and our counselor.

We serve women young and old, in every season of life. We teach them to understand their bodies and to speak up for their bodies and for themselves with Godly confidence and wisdom, backed by expert guidance from a qualified professional.

We believe strength is not vanity. Strength is protection. It guards a woman's life today and in the years ahead, as she carries herself, her family and her community.

Above all, we are building a community women can trust. Here, she is seen as a whole person. Never a statistic, never a sales target, never just a number.

Our Vision

A generation of women, rooted in Christ, strong in body and spirit for a lifetime.

We see a future where women in Barbados, and across the world, know who they are in Christ, understand and honour their bodies, and refuse to shrink. Women who grow older strong, independent and whole. Women strong enough to carry themselves, their families and their communities, and to raise the next generation to do the same.

Our Mission

We equip women of every age to grow strong in body and faith through expert coaching, education and community.

Through one-on-one coaching, group fitness classes and community events, we deliver expert, science-based training rooted in faith. We teach as we train, so every woman understands how her body works and can speak up for it with confidence. We meet her where she is, push her toward what God has placed in her, and surround her with a community where she is known by name and cared for as a whole woman: body, mind and spirit.

Why I Do This

I do this because Christian women, and women in general, deserve more care and attention than this industry has given them. A woman is not a machine to be pushed, not something to look at, not a cook, a cleaner or a number on a chart. Each woman is unique, and so is each walk with God. My work is to help you conquer and steward both.
