Our Training Policies

Please review our policies to ensure a successful training experience with us.

Payment Policy

#1 Policy: Sessions must be paid for the day before, no later than 8:00 PM.

Failure to pay before the deadline will result in automatic session cancellation. Your Personal Trainer will not show up for unpaid sessions.

Punctuality & Arrival

Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up before your session begins.

If you are more than 30 minutes late with no prior notice, your session will be squashed/cancelled. Only the remaining time in your session slot will be used for training.

Online & Hybrid Clients

Check-In Requirement: You must regularly check in with your Personal Trainer regarding your food and exercise routine.

Consistent communication ensures you get the most out of your training program and achieve your fitness goals.

New Client Requirements

PAR Q & Health Form: All new clients must complete the PAR Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and Health Form before becoming a client.

This ensures we understand your fitness level and any health considerations to keep you safe during training.
